Literally i have so much to say...
So much to share, to express, but i'll just start here.
It's been almost a year and i've both learned and developed so much for this very reason, to be right here sharing my God's marvelous works, miracles and stories with you--on my part and on this nation's part on a whole--praying and encouraging you to seek him wholeheartedly and that you will come to know him for your self and to accept him as your personal Lord and Saviour.
Firstly, God is a good good Father people! And throughout this year 2018, he has been moving and shifting things all around me, from beneath and within me. Though he shifts things around, he does not shift, nor change (James 1:17). He is the same God yesterday, today and forever more. And he is able to grant you the things of your heart, aligning with his will, for he loves you (John 1:17 & Hebrews 13:8).
Secondly, you may ask, "But how can i know what my heart desires is in alignment with his will?" Well fret not, for God has an answer for that. Many may buffer and stumble in their minds with flooding thoughts of uncertainty such as,
"Well i know what i want, but i do not know how to get it."
"I know what i desire, but i do not know if it's the right thing to do"
"I want to make a move with this, but i am unsure if i will be pleased or fulfilled after i go after it."
There are stages and processes to everything in life, our thoughts, our feelings, our actions, our outcomes and later, our destinies. If you're following where i'm going here, everything we engage in in this life has a certain pattern it follows and course it goes down. If you want to develop a positive pattern and chart a purpose-filled course, you have to line up your thought pattern, feelings, actions, thus your outcomes with the things of the LORD. Because if you notice, you become what you feast your mind, body and soul on. For thoughts produce feelings, feelings produce actions and actions produce outcomes, and thus what starts to create your destiny thereafter.
For instance, take a close look at this scripture here:
James 1:13-15 (NIV)
13 When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; 14 but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. 15 Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.
Even in scripture a clear process shows itself evident in everything we do, or even what God does or doesn't do. In verse 14 of this scripture, it clearly states that evil desires first birth from within our minds--seeing that we have been born of this sinful nature/flesh--and what we feed it (the things we think about, what we engage in, or entertain), will soon encourage this thought giving birth to sin, then when it is full blown, gives birth to death. See that, a pattern, ------>THERE IS STAGES TO THIS<------
Thirdly, seeing that in everything you do, even your thought patterns, have stages in which they can follow and inevitably determines what their outcomes will look like; whether you choose to think positively, having a positive and godly outlook on life, and eventually develop a positive and God-led course forming a great destiny, OR choose to think negatively, anxiously or destructively--with doubt and/or shame-- will later result in you charting a course very opposite from the latter. The way we think can affect how our general outlook on life. If we persist to harbour and entertain negative and anxious thoughts then we have already given over the fight to the enemy. We become twice defeated in the race of life. EVERYTHING STARTS FROM WITHIN AND BECAUSE THE MIND IS SUCH A FERTILE PLACE, LIKE THAT OF RICH SOIL, THE ENEMY PREYS ON IT DAY AND NIGHT (1 Peter 5:8). HE SLEEPS NOT, HE'S THE FATHER OF LIES (John 8:44) AND HE HAS COME TO DECEIVE YOU OF THE LOVE AND RICH GIFTS AND BLESSINGS FROM THE FATHER (James 1:17).
But what he doesn't know is that, God's still more powerful than all the sum of his schemes and that it's never a rivalry because God has ABSOLUTELY NO RIVALRIES, SUBSTITUTES OR COMPARISONS!!
So Lastly, you ask then how can i actually and practically align my thoughts, ways and actions with his. Simple, ASK HIM. The good book tells us that:
Matthew 7:7-8 (NIV)
Ask, Seek, Knock
7 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.
If we want a Christ-like mind ask for it. Pray about your need and ask the Divine Father for what your heart desires or even what has been bothering your soul, mind and body. Fervently put it to him in prayer and seek his face concerning it. What ever bothers you, bothers God just because it bothers you, so cast all your cares and burdens on him (1 Peter 5:7). Don't worry about little, or even what you consider big things, because ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS TOO SMALL OR TOO BIG for him to carry and bring to full term. LET IT GO. GIVE IT TO GOD. TRUST HIS PROCESS. AND BREATHE!
Ask, Seek, Trust and Wait .....
Your prayers have been sent, they have been heard, they have been processed, He's now working in your favor, on your behalf, and your victories are loading .....
Prayer:
Lord, your child desperately needs your input today concerning their greatest cares, they have been troubled for way too long with their anxious thoughts, they are tripping over the lies and deceptions of the enemy and they need your help, your divine intervention, and rest for their souls. Stretch your hand out to them now where ever they are and reassure them of your presence and that you have not forgotten them nor have you forsaken them. Comfort them, give them rest for their souls and work through their fears, cares, anxieties, adversities, hardships and grant them your favour Lord. Amen.
